REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch -100% refund less any payment refund charges if any.

Post-dispatch -no refund.

Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back. 

Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery. All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable Should write the Order id, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a paper and keep it in the parcel In

In case of prepaid order, the refund will be done into card/bank account used for the transaction. This will take 5-7 days.

In the case of cash on delivery orders, the refunds will happen instantly into Packman Store Credit.

If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller is required to refund only the item cost. However, we can arrange to pickup for this order but you have to bear the pickup & shipping cost

The refund procedure will be initiated once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Packman.co.in wallet as store credits.

Complaints

  • Quality -if found to be different than description will be replaced. Return freight of lot will be borne by us and new will be sent at our cost too.
  • Damaged in transit -do not accept the goods. If very urgent then pls mention same on the courier slip/transporter LR before accepting the same.
  • Please intimate the quantity of damaged pcs with proof by attaching pictures by email and we will refund your money/credit your account /replace the defective goods.
  • If the customer cancels any order before order dispatch, then the money would be refunded. In case the shipment has been dispatched, then refund would be given, but Customers will be responsible for shipping charges against canceled orders.
